Music and Worship Ministry
Opportunities to serve our Lord abound in the Music Ministry of Heritage Baptist Church! There are several areas which I would like to tell you about…..
1. Worship Choir meets on Wednesday evening from 7:20 PM
until 8:30 PM. In addition to bringing God’s Word through
song, each Sunday we are excitingly beginning to prepare for
the CHRISTmas season with our Christmas Cantata.
2. Beginning Wednesday September 7th the “Young at Heat”
Senior Choir will resume rehearsals. This vibrant choir will
begin preparing for the Senior Choir Festival in Toccoa during
early November and begin preparing for their Christmas
Cantata as well.
3. The “Joyful Heart” Ladies Ensemble will resume rehearsal on Monday
evening September 12th at 7:00 PM.
4. The “Celebration Ringers” Handbell Choir will resume rehearsal on Sunday
September 11th immediately following the Morning Worship Service.
5. For our children; KIDS ROCK began on Sunday night August 21st at 6:00
PM. These directors and children are already
preparing for Christmas.
As you can see, we have a very active Music Ministry. There are several opportunities for YOU to serve our Lord through Music. We are in need of Ringers and Singers of ALL ages.
Please prayerfully consider what you could offer to the Lord through these ministries. You do not have to read music to ring bells or to sing. Just come with a willing heart to serve. Looking forward to hearing from you!!
