Pastor Gene Fields

Pastor Gene Fields celebrated his one year anniversary at Heritage Baptist Church on September 12, 2011.  Pastor Gene came to Heritage after previously serving in Ministry at Central Baptist church in Douglasville, GA, as Minister of Administration, and Lithia Heights Baptist, in Lithia Springs, GA as Student Pastor.

Gene is joined at Heritage by his wife of 19 years JoAnne and their four sons, Trae (18), Noah (15), Caleb (13), and A.J. (11).

In addition to his ministry experience Pastor Gene was employed by AT&T and Rogers Electric.

Educationally, Pastor Gene received a Bachelor of Theology degree from Andersonville Theological Seminary, an Associate in Business degree from Shorter College, course work at Luther Rice Seminary, and Real Property Administrator degree at BOMI Institute.  He is currently working on his Master of Divinity degree.
